Alaska Birth Network Monthly Meetings

Please plan to join us this Friday for our monthly meeting! Our guest speaker is childbirth educator Maranda Williamson. She will be leading the talk "The Hormonal Cocktail of Birth" and bringing insights from the recent conscious conception, pregnancy, and birth workshops.

Due to recent changes in the seating arrangements at One Family, for your
comfort you may want to bring a pillow or a birth ball to sit on. There will be no Volunteer Meeting at 6:00 PM.

Also, keep an eye out for upcoming changes to our meeting time and location!
