So, I had a question on the model release forms? Is there a place you ladies got your form from? (say that 6 times fast;)) ETA: I found this site~ good info? Or not so much....
And who should you make sign it? Anyone that you ask to photograph? How many times would you say that you have had to use a model release?? What does that look like for you?? Please go easy on me~ Supa Newbie here! Just wondering....

Here's the one I use. Everyone who hires me to take their photo gets one of these. I've not had anyone refuse to sign one yet. Let me know if you'd like for me to email it to you (Word Doc or Publisher).
