I thought the taste & consistency of Colgate Total Advanced Whitening was good. I did notice a slight whitening in my natural teeth after a few days of use. However, I discontinued using it because I have very sensitive teeth & this toothpaste doesn't address sensitivity. It did make me realize how much my normal toothpaste does to reduce my tooth sensitivity though.

I would recommend Colgate Total Advanced Whitening to anyone looking to clean & whiten their teeth.
