CALDO DE INDIANILLA

 
1 pollo cortado en trozos
3 dientes de ajo
1/2 taza de arroz
1/2 taza de garbanzo remojado
1 cebolla
2 zanahorias
1 cucharada cafetera de perejil picado al gusto
limones al gusto
chiles serranos
sal

Cueza el pollo en 8 tazas de agua con el ajo, la cebolla, las zanahorias, el perejil y la sal. Cuando todo esté tierno, retire del fuego, cuele el caldo y desmenuce el pollo. Cueza los garbanzos y el arroz por separado.
Sirva en plato hondo una cucharada de arroz, una de garbanzo, un poco de pollo desmenuzado y caldo.
Se agregan al gusto chile, cilantro y limón.
