1. Invite as a Friend.. Please invite http://www.cafemom.com/home/toadilyslammin as a friend. This is our profile page. We will use it to keep you updated of important happenings in our group. Please do not forward bulk mail or personal messages to this profile. It is only to be used as a way to let you know of present and upcoming events in Toadily Grand Slammin Profiles.

2. Etiquette...Be nice. No drama, foul language or sexual content please. If you have a signature that contains sexual content (including nudity, lewd, suggestive or lascivious acts) or foul language, please do not use it in this group. Your post will be deleted without a response or prior notice.During contests, this same rule applies to your profile page also. Failure to follow this guideline will result in your being disqualified from the contest..

3. Requesting Help...Please do not message or chatter owners/admins requesting help with your profile or requesting a signature. Please post all questions in the forum.

4. Advertising...All advertising is strictly prohibited in our forum. If you want to advertise, there are groups for that. You can also use your signature and your page to advertise. Any advertisement made will be deleted without prior warning!

5. Photo Section...The photo section of this group is used as a Design Gallery. Only designers/apprentices can place their designs in our Design Gallery. Please do not add personal pics to the Design Gallery. Any pics found violating this guideline will be deleted without prior warning!

6. Backgrounds/Graphics... Anyone can post backgrounds/graphics for the group to use. We have existing backgrounds/graphic posts. If you'd like to add backgrounds/graphics to the group, please do so in the appropriate posts. If no post exists titled with the graphics you'd like to share, please make a new post. Know that doing so can mean that the group will link the post so other moms can enjoy your backgrounds/graphics!

7. Requests from Our Designers.. Please use the "Navigate the Group" announcement to click on a designer and make your request. You may request one design weekly from the designers.  Requesting from an apprentice, a tag of the week request, birth tag and proud member tag does not count as one of those requests.

8. Warnings & Croaked Post Notices...It is very important that all posts contain a title that is specific to your request for help. If it doesn't, you will receive a warning on your post. If the title has not been edited by the following day, you will receive a "Croaked Post Notice". If the title remains unchanged the day following the "Croaked Post Notice", it will be deleted. We require specific titles so that moms needing help with the problem you are having can use the "search posts" feature and quickly find an answer to their problem. It's also required so the owners/admins will have an idea of what you need assistance with and will be able to respond to you quicker!

9. No copying or transferring of tutorials, contents or tips outside of this group... We've spent many, many hours putting together tutorials, tips, etc to share with our members in this group. Please do NOT copy any of these for use outside of this group.

10. Possible Deletion from group due to violation of Guidelines.. Please review these Guidelines! They are in place to allow the group to run smoothly. Consistently violating these Guidelines may result in the removal of your group membership.

11. Copyrighted Images in Signatures.. If the Staff of TGSP sees illegal use of copyrighted images in signatures in a post, we will quote the member, thereby removing the illegal signature, and delete their original reply to a post.. This is being done in an effort to protect you, the designer, the group and respect the work of the artist..

12.  "Poaching" our members.. Under no circumstances will the poaching of TGSP's members to other signature groups or profile groups be  tolerated!  By this I mean do NOT pull up TGSP's  member list and send multiple chatters or msgs to members concerning joining other signature groups or profile groups.. This is disrepectful and rude. If you're caught doing this, you will be banned from this group with no prior warning! If we wish to consider other groups as affiliates or recommended groups, we will do so ourselves and will make that known in the group. ♥♥♥ These Guidelines are subject to change as the need arises! ♥♥♥
