Well, I have a few prayer requests today. First, to grasp the basic concept of algebra so to pass this very fast pace 8 week class. Also, I am in the midst of trying to potty train Olivia again, and need her to cooperate. Lastly, yesterday, after spending some quality time on the trampoline with Olivia, I got down and twisted my ankle really bad. Pray for healing. Thanks. Robin

OK Laddies, this is a very important prayer request. The coordinator of the women's ministries at my church, emailed me this week and asked me to consider leading/facilitating a moms group at our church this fall. We have a variety of groups that meet on Wed. nights, and it is also nice b/c they offer childcare for all the different ages, so it's a win win for both parent and child. Its for all kinds of moms, single , married, separated, .... I just need prayer, because I think this would be great, but I want to make sure that it is a door that God wants me to go through. When I was talking to my girlfriend after church, who is also a single mom, she thought it would be great, and she was looking for a Wed. night group. Also, today, the pastor was talking about getting more involved, joining groups, and serving God, so maybe all these little things tie together. Maybe I should do this. I get nervous because I know that I will have to follow through on this commitment, and lately, it's hard for me to follow through on stuff, but maybe this can be a fresh start, and another way that I can meet new moms, network, and connect at church more. I have been praying for God to motivate me, rejuvenate me, and I have been trying to organize my life, because this season of being unemployed has kind of put me in an unmotivated funk, but I still want to serve God, and grow closer to him and have a strong christian walk. I use to be very involved before I was a mom, and was pretty loyal to my belongings. So maybe now as a mom, I need to stop beating myself down and just '"do it" for Jesus. It will probably make me a bette person overall, a better mom, a stronger woman, and more faithful christian, I hope:) Please share your thoughts as I consider
