Ok...so I know this is a really weird/awkward question, but...

I am a nursing mother and not sexually active at the moment.  I'm dating a guy and the relationship is progressively getting more serious.  I know later on at some point we may end up taking it to the next level and I still plan to breastfeed for another 9 months or so.  What I'm wondering is what do other breastfed mothers do during the "Act".  Like does your breast leak during?  Does the bra stay on?  I was just wondering.

Wow thats a good question!!lol Maybe they wear a bra wile having sex....I didnt breastfeed so i dont know.

I never had an issues with it. Just warn the guy thats all, because if they suck to hard they will get a month full.  I was still nursing with my youngest, I told him I had milk it gave him a bit if shock when he got some. But still did not stop him.

Me personally never leaked awhile having sex with either my children. I breast fed them both until they were 18mths old.

I never breastfed, but that is a really good and interesting question. One that I have always wondered about.

thats a good question :) kudos too for breastfeeding. i plan to do that too but i doubt ill be dating, but then who knows right :)

I never leaked when I was BF because at some point the milk would only leak when it was time for the baby to nurse, the let down, which usually was not when I was intimate.  But, like the pp said, just let him know that he will get a mouth ful if he is to suck on them.

honestly, my ex husband loved it.  He never had a problem with the milk.  Yes it leaked, and when I had a lot of it, it was everywhere sometimes.  I would wear a bra sometimes.  

You maybe surprised.  He may enjoy it more than you imagine.

hmmm, i'm a nursing mom too and had sex for the first time recently...but i pumped just beforehand...i was out of town for a friend's father's funeral...strangely enough, he wanted to get some out!

LOL...love the courage! fyi u should probably keep the bra on or u might have an accident...I nursed for almost 8 months and i kept it on most the time, too risky!
