How to Open A Wine Bottle Without A Cork Screw

You've got people over and your trying serve wine, where is the cork screw? Crap, no cork screw? This is what you do.

*this is should be done where your guests wont see you, this has the potential to be embarrassing*

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Your Favorite California Wine ;)
  • screw
  • pliers
  1. Step 1

Once you have everything, move out of sight of your guests.

  2. Step 2
    Self tapping screw

Screw the screw into the cork. Make sure it's the self tapping kind of screw where the end is pointy. If the end is flat like some screws, well, that just wont work.

  3. Step 3

Pull screw and cork out with the pliers. Needle nose pliers might be needed, the deeper into the cork the screw is, the easier it will be to pull out without breaking; but then regular pliers might be to bulky.
