OK, so I'm 5'5" 130 lbs... slim everywhere except for my middle.  It just keeps getting bigger and bigger.  I swear I look pregnant!  I have Fibromyalgia, so I can't do sit ups (major pain) and I'm at a total loss as to what to do.  Any tips as to how to get rid of this damn gut?

The only things I can think of is ask your dr or maybe look  online for different ways to work out that part of your body. Maybe check out an fibromyalgia website, they might have something. Good luck

Talk to your doctor...also cardiovascular can help, side twist and bends if its not painful for you. Also if u lay down in the sit-up position and lift lower back and butt off the floor a couple inches, that might help as well. That mainly helps the back but it can help the tummy a lil with core strengthening.
