Yesterday my dd father was suppose to pick her up at 6pm. He called at 5pm to say he was coming, but never showed up. I called him 3 times last night. He never picked up. 2 out of 3 times he sent me straight to voicemail. (2 rings then voicemail)

Then this morning about 5 minutes ago he sent me a text saying: "I'm getting dress, put maya clothes in a bag n by the way am call out tomorrow she be with me monday tuesday as well"

Wtf!!! He doesn't even ask if he can have her today because he didn't show up yesterday. What if I'm doing something right now. I don't like her missing weekdays of daycare because I'm PAYING $125 a week of my own money if she shows up or not. And knowing him he wouldn't bring her back Monday or Tuesday, more like Thursday or Friday morning. He has done a few times in the past and I don't trust him.

I'd tell him no way as well, he has no right to just assume he can do just anything

Make a whoop de doo!  lol.  It's petty - at least let him have her today and bring her home tomorrow say 6:00 or whatever time visit is over.

He is not going to do that. He will try to bring her Friday. Like I said in my post, he says he will bring her a certain and will not bring her days later.

I agreed for him to pick her up yesterday because I knew he had work Sunday and was gonna bring her back today.

Well then let her have him today til the visitation is over tonight what ever time that is.  IF he doesn't bring her back,  you can tell him you will be at his house with the police (who say they keep the peace),  to pick her up at specified time.   Follow through.

The police can't do anything. We don't have court ordered visitation and his name is on the bc.
