Always different! Haha when the season is at the peak, I buy fresh berries in bulk and freeze them for later use throughout the year. Last night actually, I made smoothies for my daughter and I. Last night I used 2 bananas, 6 large strawberries, some grape juice, and a few ice cubes. I sweetened it with honey since the strawberries weren't sweet. The bananas helped thicken it, since I used 2 whole bananas.

1 mom liked this
i copied this one from photo gal
two leaves of kale
handful of spinach
1 cup water
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen berries (raspberries or strawberries)
handful of blueberries frozen or fresh
1/2 banana.
5-6 ice cubes
AND IT TASTES SO GOOD! I was surprised but yes with green veggies it tastes very sweet and I am getting my veggie servings.
A banana, 3 heaping tbsp plain yogurt, squirt of honey, some orange juice and yum yum! I have a green smoothie recipe somewhere ....
