 i checked the site for my return its STILL not giving me a damn date, it says "sorry, it takes up to 3 weeks to process returns. its been 2 weeks already jesucristo!

Did you paper file or efile? I efiled mine through Tax Act on Jan. 30 and got my refund on Feb. 8.

Well I think they are behind. It took like a week longer to get my state accepted. I understand the frustration hang in there. Hopefully it will give u a date soon.

 I filed mine through tax act, also and got it within 2 weeks.  However, when I checked on ds's today,  I noticed that they had a little disclaimer up stating that they are having some issues...

 efile, and i did it on 2/2 and apparently the irs still hasnt processed it.

Did the same thing to us. We got it about 2-3 days after the "expected" date.

 thats the thing, it wont even give me a date. it just says "sorry, your return has not been processed. cant ake up to 3 weeks"

That's weird. They did my parents' return the same way. I literally efiled theirs a half hour after mine and now it is saying 6 weeks. Hopefully they get yours processed soon.

Really?  I efiled through Tax Act on Janurary 26th and didn't get mine until Feb 11th.   That was 3 days after Tax Act said we'd get it, and 2 days earlier than the IRS said we'd get it.
