So i am a single mom. I am jobless at the moment, and despite my best efforts have not been able to land a job. I feel like a fool....when i was married i did all the spending, and had a home all set up. but when i got pregnant and lost my job, my husband left me too. evrybody now blames me and says i spolied him by doing all the spending.i now have no earnings, no job and a two year old to take care of while my husband lives a happy life. I cant believe why ill luck has fallen on me while he still gets a good life and he doesnt care about my son :(

should i be asking him for child support or just leave, find a job and then dont bother about him?

Oh God am so damn depressed........................

Please help !

get that child support ordered now.  Just do it.   You'll need it.  I'm jobless right now.  I was on 'voluntary' child support which up until this month was enough to support the kids and everything without me working.  Now I'm having to go to court to legalize it since he dramatically cut it to just enough to pay the rent.  I feel your fear hugsI'm having a hard time finding a job.  Doesn't help me either  tornado smashed a tree into my truck last spring and I never got the truck fixed.  It leaks when it rains due to a broken windshield and busted roof.

You should ask for c/s AND find a job. For one, it is never good to depend on c/s. Secondly, sounds like finding a job will boost you up inside. Keep trying.

In the same boat sort of.  BD is currently jobless and homeless (totally his own fault).  Refuses to go back to his family and get himself together.  I'm jobless and cant' find a job either.  Life sucks!

I can somewhat relate to what you're going through. I'm a single mother to a 3 year old, and I'm 31 weeks pregnant with another boy. I lost my job at the end of January, and no one is going to hire someone who is 7 months pregnant. My son's "father" hasn't been around since the end of December and doesn't help out at all. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here :)

File for child support and spouse support since you guys were married. Once you find work then I would stop the spouse support, good luck

Uh, not only are you entitled to child support, so is your child! I would be filing that asap!
