im hosting ladies night tomorrow.

i have sooo much to do man! im overwhelmed. today, my son has therapy, then i have to go grocery shopping. then go home adn make tortilla soup (i got a head start on the stock and cicken last night) then clean the whole house and if i cant find the cafe du mond beignet mix, im going to have to make the dough from scratch to fry tomorrow.

then tomorrow when i get out of work i have to make shrimp po' boys and remoulade sauce and also fry the beignets.

oh btw the theme is mardi gras lol.. i missed the nola trip but i guess im having it at my casa. oh and im serving hurricanes and also sweet tea vodka and lemonade.
