Run down

How run down do you feel on a regular basis? I guess singlemomhood has been getting to me the last few weeks. I wake up before the sun comes up, work all day (whether at school, work or with the kids) and then do more home work after they go to bed. Even when my kids aren't home with me, I'm still cooking and cleaning to get ahead for the next week.

I'm so tired. I figured you ladies could sympathize.

I feel you. Even on my days off I feel fatigued. Some days I feel miserable and want to lie in bed through the day but I can't. That's just the way it is. I try to keep the end goal in mind and it helps me get through.

I feel run down too. My schedule gives me no time for myself.

I know exactly how you feel.  I work full time as a teacher and have a son with ADHD/Impulse control.  He is very challenging.  I am exhausted all the time.  I have absolutely no time for myself as his father is not involved nor cares what is going on with him.  I feel your pain.  Hang in there we can do this.  One step at a time.  Right foot left foot breath.  ((HUGS))

I'm exahusted constantly, it's like I can never catch up on sleep...I work 40 hrs a week overnight, so I can do it after my son goes to bed, then I'm doing an internship 30 hrs a week during the day on top of class....but I'll graduate this spring with my bachelors and start grad school in june, that's what keeps me going...that life is almost easier :)

Of course! You know I find that the exhaustion comes in waves with me.  It was last week that I was just dog tired and had the hardest time mustering up strength to do much of anything besides pick up the kids and go home...cook something quick or microwave..feed, bathe the kids, or wipe up and BED! I feel like I have just come out of the pit of the wave of exhaustion and climbimg back up....so when the high comes I use that time to reorganize...I grab my rip it energy drink to help me along and get as much together before the next crash wave hits...its all we can do sometimes as single mommies :(
