I ate veggies with every meal! Kale and spinach in my morning smoothie, spinach salad with tomatos, red cabbage, carrots, and then dinner I had broccoli. I had hard boiled eggs and chicken for protein today. The only carbs were whatever is in the veggies, fruit in my smoothie, and breading on the chicken. I am proud I did good.

That's great! Don't you feel better knowing that you ate better today? Since I changed the way I eat, if I have an off day because of a lot or running around and appointments I feel like crap by the end of the day. I never realized how bad I was eating until December. I thought I was using moderation, but I was WAY over doing it on stuff that's not so good for me. I'm eating more whole foods and less processed, and I'm full of energy. It's a wonderful feeling.
