Do your child / children share the same last name you have or the fathers last name?

I kept his last name....I had so many documents to change , SS card, GA nursing license, federal badge...and the list goes on ... so I figure just wait until my last name changes... keeps everything simpler for our daughter especially for school.
My 2 older children have mine and my ex-dh's last name. Dd#2 has SO's last name.

she had her dads last name up until last year when i changed it to mine because he hasnt been in her life since she was 7 months old per his choice .. no child support nothing.. she will be 4 in July of this year so now she has my last name and only knows her name as what it is now the only name that he helped picked that i kept was Natalie just because she was used to that name by then but the middle and last name changed

Going back to my maiden name
