Im being nosy.  We have a website where we can look up anyones name in the state and see all their pending cases.  I know two people getting divorced and was curious where it stood.  It said they had a disposition hearing today.  What is that?  Mine was uncontested and took all of ten minutes to do and we did it ourselves so im not up on all the lingo.  Haha!

That's where the court finalizes the paperwork and it is officially done in most cases. It could get continued to another hearing if there are unsettled issues.

its just a hearing. like an update. say at the last hearing, you were ordered to mediation. at the dispo, the judge receives the custody agreement. if not, he asks what happened? did both parties attend? etc.

Yea, it's like a finalization of the whole process.
