You can...chances are the state will take most if not all of the child support though...but once you're off PA you'll still have the cs coming in

This. As far as getting a low-cost/free lawyer, your chances actually improve if you're receiving other services as the government should have actually already verified your income as proof.

if you are receiving full aid, they will come after the father for repayment. i think you only get 40 bucks of his money if hes paying.
