I got the dna results and the court paperwork from the state for my sons child support hearing and such... it was also mailed to his father (who hasn't spoken to me since I told him I was pregnant). But, I saw on his facebook (yes, I'm stalking, don't judge me lol) that his apartment was destroyed in a fire just a few weeks ago, so I don't know if/when he'll recieve his mail. Would that cause any problem for us, or would it be all him?

He is still responsible for getting his mail. If the mailbox isn't there the post office has it... Good luck.

The apartment management should have arrainged for them to get their mail somewhere and he shouldh ave been notified of this.

The mail should be forwarded hopefully its certified so it'll prove he got it
