last night was the night that my ex picked up my boys from me for the summer I had problem with that but He brought his girlfriend with him to pick up my boy I even asked him if he is with her driving down ( they live in Oregon) he tells me no that he is alone, I am sick that he wqould lie about that, and then he said that she wants to meet me oh boy why do I have to meet her really, she walks in and she is 5'5 and 250 no joke I was looked at him like really you got to be joking, I am 5'8 155, she is butt ugle too, I couldnt believe my eyes. and then I took her around the mall to talk to her to find out the only reason that he is with her is because she has money I just cant believe him now, he lied to her about me I fixed that right away. he is suck a fucking asshole, I cant believe he would do that. now I am sick because I dont my boys with him. I guess when I get my boys back he isnt going to see them.... oh and he keep telling me that he and her arent going to last then why the fuck are you bring my kids around her???
He Prolly lied to you cause he didn't want to catch hell. So he figured this was easier.
I can understand that you are upset about being lied to you. I would be too.
Ending visitation doesn't seem like a good option though.
As the PP stated, you have no rights to ending his visitation. I can understand the anger you have against him and why he lied to you about the other girl. Really there isn't much you can do about it including keeping your kids away from him. What I suggest if you feel the length of visitation is too long for the summer is to go back to court. It gets expensive time and time again going to court. It's your decision.
