Im doing slim fast for a few weeks. I am aware it ain't the healthiest but I have NO portion control so I'm doing it til I can shrink my stomach or some shit. Ugh.

i was starting today too:

Chicharones (not sure if i spelled that right, mexican style pork rinds with meat on them)

pizza, 2 sodas, chips and a Grande White chocolate mocha. thats nto even dinner.

Lol your start is what I usually do. Ivedone good today except I had a cookie. I had a shake for breakfast, then a fat free yogurt for snack, a bar for lunch and some strawberries and cherries for snack. Dinner is to be what everyone else eats but less. I can't afford separate meals for me.

Use the smaller plates that way you know you won't over do it. That's how I eat.

in my oppinnion.. when i wanted to loose weight i tried slim fast but to my surpise they put MORE weight on me! i hope it works for you!
