To all the ladies having babies on their own

I know its kinda rough and you're feeling all alone

Daddys all gone and he left you by your lonesome

Thank the lord for my kids even if nobody else want em

Cause i think we can make it, in fact im sure

And if you fall, stand tall and come back for more

Cause aint nothing worse than when ya son wants to know why his daddy dont love him no more.

You cant complain you was dealt this hell of a hand

without a man, feeling helpless

beacuse theres to many things for you to deal with

dying inside but outside youre looking fearless

while tears is fallin down your cheeks

you steady hoping things dont fall down this week

Keep ya head up.

Tupac Shakur.

Sure can. That's why I don't like a lot of this new "music", because the new "artists" don't have anything to talk about. There's a lack of substance in the lyrics. It's filled mostly with negativity and degradation. That's not to say Tupac or others during his time of music didn't say negative things from time to time, or make degrading remarks. But they at leased balanced they're music out with something positive and uplifting. One of my favorites by Biggie is, "Sky is the Limit". It makes me feel good, like I can accomplish my goals. Ya know? I let my daughter listen to the songs like that, because I want her to recieve that positive message. But I refuse to let her listen to crap like Nicki Minaj... whatever talent she has is overshadowed by the gimick they've created. Smh sad state of affairs
