what is the difference between dui & driving with out sleep?
There is none. I wish more employers would acknowledge this! At my job we have 24 hr shifts and even on a regular day are unable to call in. Its been this way some centuries & not changing.

A dui is just that - Drinking. Not sleeping because of a job shift is another story. I do believe you do ge a 4 hour rotation so you do get some sleep if you do work a 24 hour shift. Check with the one who's in charge of you . for clarification.
