Completly done with everything!!! I can't deal with it all anymore!! It was a rough night last night my daughter was up most of the night because she is sick. Plus my little sisters decided that they didn't want to sleep in they own room and ended up in our bed. My daughter has been upset all morning and has been attached to me most of the day. She wont eat and isnt drinking enough. I have to force her to drink. The day is not even half way over but I am done!! Still have to watch my sisters this afternoon because my mom is working.
Thanks for listening to me.

She will get better - just continue to be strong.

Take a moment and lock yourself in the bathroom, and cry.

Crying releases chemicals and it makes us feel better.

I know she'll get better. I wish I could but I can't get away from my daughter or sisters.

Then just cry in front of her and your sisters. And be honest that you are feeling stressed, that you don't BLAME them but you need to just have a little cry and you will feel better.

Earlier this year my daughter got a terrible stomach bug and for 2 days she was so sick vomitting, and by the 3rd day I had got it, and was sick for several days after... I had little to / no sleep for 6 days. AND NO ONE HELPED. No one wanted to catch it too (her bio-dad went skiiing instead then texted me saying he would have helped if I asked UMMM right? AS A PARENT YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE ASKED YOU JUST DO IT... anyway) ----> I cried several times and explained to her that I wasn't mad or upset because of her, that I loved her very much but that I was very tired and sad that I just needed to cry a little. After I cried I said, "doesn't that feel better" and she agreed, and we just hugged. It was awful but I survived and looking back I am so proud of myself for getting through it.

Cyber Hugs to you and yours.

Maybe I should cry but I hate crying in front of them.

I just want my daughters father to help but I guess he has better things then that. Just so much going on.
