Still dont have my new court order. It took these assholes (lawyer) waaaaayyyyy longer than it should have to draw the order up (like 9/10 weeks) then my ex signed it right away and it supposedly sat at the court house for over a month-- I was told it was signed Aug 24th but it was signed Sept 7th. Been requesting a copy since Sept 10th and still dont fucking have it.
I just want to go to her office and scream "DO YOUR FUCKING JOB"

yea lawyers are worthless most of the time. they want you to fight so they can get your money. if its an easy, cheap case, you arent priority.
I would report her to the Bar Association and get a hold of your county's child support department and report your attorney to them. Then follow-up with cs dept about your cs payments.
