Started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred work out yesterday!! Was good all day yesterday, but was sore when I woke up this morning. Todays work out was a little more tough because of it, but I did it!!!

I need to restart that. I love that video. I need to lose 7 lbs to fit back into all my jeans. Cuz lord knows I can't afford to buy new ones.

i loved  doing the 30 day shred. i need to start it again but im soooo much lazier these days than i was 5 years ago!!

I haven't weighed (which is hard ) but I feel better, and I think my pants buttoned easier today. :-)
