Started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred work out yesterday!! Was good all day yesterday, but was sore when I woke up this morning. Todays work out was a little more tough because of it, but I did it!!!

No pain, no gain.  I try to run everyday but sometimes I just can't.  I've seen some weight gain due to that.  SO, I'm back on the running path starting this weekend.  It's cool now and that's the best time to go running.  No sweating and there's not that many runners in the way, LOL!  Good for you for watching your weight and trying to stay healthy.  It's not easy to workout with pain in the way.  ; )
