Mine are tension headaches.

used to....then at 14 they were replaced by tension headaches which i thought were worse til i had another migraine years later when in my late 20's.

Used to get migraines and tension headaches fairly often, but havent had either in several years for some reason... Knock on wood.

Yes and I also get sinus headaches. My son gets migraines too.

Only about twice a year.  DD19 suffers from them nearly daily.  It's been a brutal process for her to figure out how to manage them with medication & diet.
