Today is Get it Off Your Chest!

Sometimes it feels great to just let it all out! Today, make coupons that are each good for one, 10-minute session of venting and then pass them out to friends or family members in your support system.

The recipient of the coupon need only agree to listen for 10-minutes. They may not complain, roll their eyes, offer advice or share their own vent in return. They simply must listen.

(After you make your coupons, be sure to cash one in and enjoy a good vent!)

I want to punch my ex in the nose.   He actually asked our DD if she could come over and finally meet the homewrecker and the children the he and she had together while they were cheating on me behind my back for three years.  Even after my ex snuck furniture from our home and gave it to the bimbo, embezzled money from me so my ex could pay for his affair, and actually told me and our DD of his disgusting affair six days before he deployed to Kuwait.  When my DD told him no, he simply hung up on her.  Then he sent her hate filled text messages.  He's pond scum!  Anyone have a pair of boxing gloves I can borrow?

I have state aid. It doesn't cover any of that for me. Just emergency room for me. The state aid covers much more for my kids.
