Treat yourself to a spa pampering!

You don't need to go to a fancy spa to enjoy a little pampering - and you don't need to spend a lot of money on expensive products either!

Here are a few ideas for making yourself feel loved today:

Did you treat yourself today?  What did you do?

The day is young, no treating yet.  I do plan to go to the fair tomorrow with some coworkers and splurge on myself a bit.

I have a busy day today so probably the only pampering I will have is a nice hot bath after kids go to bed but I am fixing to have a much needed girls night out!! So excited I can't wait!!

Coconut cream mask

Soften a large chunk of coconut cream in your hands and massage into hair. Wrap your head in a warm towel and leave it on for an hour. Wash out with a gentle shampoo.

Egg mask

Beat two full eggs with 2 tablespoons of water. Apply to clean, damp hair, massaging in well. Leave for 10 – 15 minutes and then wash out with mild shampoo.

Going to try those this week. :-)

I need a manicure. Maybe tomorrow when I go to town. Sounds fun!

Tomorrow night I'm going in for a much needed hair cut.  I think on Saturday night I may give myself a mani/pedi and do some type of facial!

My pedicure treatment is next week; however, little man comes with me on those journies. I use Dr Bronner liquid soap, so i guess everyday is like a spa day with the scent of peppermint in the air.
