have another question about visitation ??

my daughter got a letter in the mail for petition for visitation theres no dates as to when he wants to see her shes only 10 days old so she wasnt even able to drive anywhere it says she has to respond with in 10 days ..how do u even respond ?? theres not even an address to where to send it

That's strange.  Go to a lawyer or call the court system to find out what's going on?

I agree.  Contact an attorney.

Youve got to contact an attorney. If its a genuine court order and she doesnt respond within 10 days, he could be awarded whatever hes asking for.

but on the form its all filled out by him... it is signed  but its not saying any times or dates of when he wants to see her the envelope is also filled out by him so to respond what do u say thats where we r confused she has an attorney but not in till mon jw if anyone was ever sent visitation notice wo any info he didnt even spell babys name right and put his last name as her and she dont have his last name

The best is to contact a lawyer or some other legal aid.
