I have been single for almost 3yrs.
I met somebody online...he's sweet, handsome, smart.....has his own place....what? Has his own vehicle....what? Did I mention he's a single parent of a little girl just like me?
We chatted online for a little while, then texted/talked on the phone.....I met him in person last night for the 1st time....everything I thought he'd be & more.
Affectionate, caring, nice style, even more handsome in person. It's too good to be true, I know, but I'm going to enjoy it while I can. It's been sooooooo long since I've met anyone I can be around...let alone, tolerate...
I got me a hug & a kiss (been sooo long).
I had a great night & we're going to see more of each other. So excited! I have my eyes open, but my nose is, too...lol. It feels pretty good, so I'm going to enjoy it while I can.

Update....I will be cafeful and take it slow, like I always do. Not just for me, but my dd. She wants me to be happy; so I don't plan to alter her world until I am.

He is still Mr. Wonderful. We talk/text all the time. I've seen him a couple times. It's ridiculous how much we have in common. It's tough dating as a single parent...but one way or another, it'll work itself out. This gives us a chance to get to know each other. Pretty exciting.
