So today ds dad went to child support to see if he could get out of paying or get it reduced . They told him no because im a sahm now . Well when child support called me to ask me question i also brought up that his visitation is gonna have to change so ds can start / make it to school on time coming this fall , well that made him even more mad . He ended up leaving there pissed and saying hes gonna go for full custody to hurt me and so he doesnt have to pay child support . Im a damn good mother and for him to act like this is is unfair . Sorry had to vent

Not to mention he already took me to court for full custody and they told him no . Plus when my son was younger the cops had to come to his house because he wasnt watching my son and the nieghbor found him down the street almost to the main road .

My creepy ex brought me to court to reduce child support. I ended up getting more! Courts don't like to have their time wasted. I'm hoping that will prevent further ridiculousness

Well, with his past, he's already proven himself to be a total ass.  He's blowing smoke and nothing else.  Let him be forced to pay you cs and be done with it.  Family Court has truly buckled on losers like your ex.
