I'm meeting my county's attorney to go after the ex deadbeat for back-owed child support for my daughter. Ex has been in arrears since last July. Court hearing should be by the end of this month or early next month. Then two weeks after that my DD should be getting paid. My court hearing with the ex isn't until March as my agreement with him was about personal loans he still has not paid me for. He's in arrears since last July, too. At least something is being done to get that money!

Hope you get it. Sometimes it doesn't seem worth the shit you go through to collect it, but it really is important to do it for her.
