I go running if it's not too cold outside. If it's too cold then I head to the gym and get on the treadmill and run for a half hour. Working out always burns off that stress and makes me actually think why I'm getting so stressed out. By the time I'm done running I'm all sweaty, tired and spent, LOL!
walk, bubble bath, meditate, pray
Cry, pray, read, bubble bath, hang with friends, or watch a funny movie/show.
I watch TV, eat something sweet and or have sexy time with my guy.
I go to the range and listen to some loud heavy metal in the ipod while I shoot. Always helps me.
I go to an extra yoga class or pilates, working out usually gets me in a better mood.
Writing it all down in detail gets it out and helps put things in perspective and sometimes gives me the solution to a problem. Regular prayer and meditation help keep the shit from building up to the blowing point. When possible, I fly down the highway with the music blaring. As a last resort, take a Xanax and go to bed.
tv, read, random organization or random cleaning, for me running around like a chicken with its head cut off helps me calm down
