I love my crockpot really easy roast that can be used throughout the week for lots of things
roast beef or pork
1 pack of ranch powder (hidden valley)
1 pack of au jus powder
1 stick of butter
(the recipe calls for peperccinis on top during the cooking but i didn't have any still good) in the crock pot for 8 hours on low
top ramen stir fry
ground beef/turkey cooked in the seasoning packet
add frozen vegi's and 2 packets of noodles dry put on a lid the noodles cook
i like the oriental flavor

crockpotting - soups, to roast beefs to beef briskets and desserts
making ahead dinners - marathon weekends for the weeks ahead.
tortellini soup
chicken stock
1 can of diced Italian tomatoes
frozen vegis (i use california blend)
frozen tortellini
frozen meatballs
put everything in a pot until it is all cooked through
primarily baking foods over stove top - not only are they more healthies, less time in kitchen
