To make them you need steak strips green and red bell peppers , onions,tomatos and fajita seasoning and flour tortillas.
Vegatable oil
Take 1 teaspoon of oil in a large skillet stir in steak cook until steak is brown the add 1 and a half cup of water and seasoning stir together with meat. Then in a seperate skillet take some oil and add bell peppers onions and tomatos sautee them for2 minutes. Then add the veggies to the steak let sit and cover to let it simmer until veggies are cooked well. It takes ten minutes then warm up flour tortillas. When the fajtas are done fill tortillas with steak and veggies . add sour cream and enjoy. I'm hungry!!
One thing that is super quick and easy for me may not be super healthy but meh it works and it smells oh so yummy.
Boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed.
Low Cal Italian Dressing (not the kind that looks like only oil)
Skillet and dump about 3/4 of the container of Italian in the pan and cook til chicken is done.
(I usually if I remember put it all in a container early and let it marinade all day, but it can be done right away while cooking it also)
