Was talked into a pilates for abs class while at the gym yesterday. I now have muscles hurting that I never knew existed!!!

Haha :) I know what you mean I have been going to the gym almost everyday and I get home and I am like huh didn't know that could hurt lol. Today Is my break day lol.

Use Epsom salts for the sore muscle.
