Can't sleep!!!

It's 3:00 am and I've gotten 4 hours of sleep. Usually I fall back to sleep within the hour, but I've been laying in bed for one hour and a half and can't go back to sleep. I have to wake up in 3 hours, this is frustrating!!!

Have you ever tried melatonin? Works pretty good and you can find it in vitamin section. I have a lot of rough nights. Wake up and my mind immediately goes to thinking bout everything

I feel you. I've had insomnia forever. Try Melatonin. It's all natural and you can take it at anytime and still be able to wake up with no problem.
