what happens if he wants 50 50 and u dont want him to have it ??

i know u go to medeation 1st but there is no changing him mind he want to pay less or no cs and he wants a tax write off ...if u cant agree in medeation does it go to judge and he get to decide ..he say mosr deffinatly he will get 50 50 baby is 12 weeks old

 whoever has the child more is the 1 that can claim the baby on taxes..

Why do you not want to share custody with him?  The way I see it, the child has a right to have both parents equally.  If he's not a bad parent, on drugs, abusive, why can't you both co-parent the child?  I understand that she is only 12 weeks old and at this point, simply because of her age, she can't be away from you for too long a period of time, but rational people would find a way to work together for the benefit of the child.
