For 14 years I let the ex get by with only paying $200 in cs, even though the guidelines called for triple that, because he also paid all of the extra expenses (phone, electronics, cheerleading etc) on top of cs. Over the summer she stayed with him for about 6 weeks while I was out of town off and on. He made her miserable by being his controlling narcissistic self, so I moved her back home and quit making my trips. Then I find out he turned me in for abandonment with cs enforcement and quit paying in June. So a couple of weeks ago we finally had a hearing on it. I'm now looking at my new cs order saying that in March he now gets to pay $669/mo, plus $2550 in arrearage since June. Showed that pos what happens when he fucks with me, especially after me allowing him to screw us out of thousands over the years. The real bitch of it for him is that now dd won't even speak to him and he has to pay anyway.
