Am I safe on Cafemom?

While googling, I come across some Cafemom posts on google and other search engines which means that anyone can access/ read those posts.

I have gone to my privacy page to see if there are options for that but couldn't see any. Does this mean that if I post or respond to a post my replies or post can be read by about anyone who searches the net?

If my question isn't clear, here's an analogy. Say, I write a post on cafemom saying my 6 yr old has toothache and someone in china googles, "help, my 6 yr old has toothache', my post on Cafemom shows up on his search engine page.

It's alarming to me. Does anyone know how to ensure this doesn't happen, pls?

Google cache keeps things for a while. I never use my real name, dd's real name, my town, or actual pics on message boards. And for the love of god, never use the same screen name on multiple sites, especially if you used it on myspace, facebook, twitter, journal sites, or photo hosting sites. I used to be a troll sniffer on another site, and one chick made it too easy. She had a photobucket, myspace, live journal, and 3 site log ins with the same username and different stories. But one google, and she was easy to find.

Change your settings to only cafe mom users only

I did a simple search of my screen name and got nothing but when I typed in my screen name and added Cafemom, my replies to posts and my profile page came up.
