So I went to pick up my 6yo at ex's house and he asked me why I was in such a hurry. Well, we're going to the Butterfly Pavilion, we have to go to the grocery store, go and get your glasses fixed, try to get a load of laundry in and then your going to K's house.
He says--oh yeah!! Daddy, I get to go to K's house because mommy has a date!!!
Didn't have a date, but a girl's night out, but didn't correct him. Thought it was funny because ex's new wife has made it her goal to get me married off. What's so wrong with being single? I'm enjoying life and am happier than I've ever been! I don't need a man to make me happy!
