Im a single mom full time to two kids..well my 4 year old lil girl has shingles we found out this wednesday she had them. they are on her face and was headed into her eye..luckly it went out of her eye..but she still gets in pain and i feel so helpless.. =( wish there was something i could do

 shingles are the worse. are there any creams that are safe to put on the face or childrens tylenol to ease to pain?  hugs for your little girl.

What did her doctor say to do to relieve the pain? Can you give her ibuprofen? It would help with pain and inflammation.

right now i just give her reg pain stuff for kids and the med the doc gave her for her face and the eye doc gave her eye drops for her eye..she goes back to the reg doc and eye doc tues...its slowly starting to clear but she still gets in pain..
