I live in Wisconsin and just heard about the "Use it or loose it" law regarding to child custody. My friend who mentioned it has 50/50 custody of a little boy and i am wondering if anyone knows if this law requires the custody to be 50/50 or if it could be related to any amount of custody.

I live in Wisconsin and have never heard this "law". My ex has visitation and hasn't used it in 16 years but still has visitation.
