No but they will never tell you the reason they turned you down.

If the job requires physical labor you can't do, sure they can. If it doesn't, they still can but very few employers would be stupid enough to admit it. There's always a legit reason to not hire or to fire anyone, even when the real reason isn't legal.

Of course you can. Now if they refuse you because you are pregnant and you can prove that the reason was solely because you are pregnant that's another story. I can imagine that is going to be very difficult to prove.

Yes they can. Smart employers won't say that's the reason and of they did they'd be in huge dilemma. Also, they can legally deny employment if you would be unable to safely perform the job duties.
