Have two but one to read and activiies to do with the kids is called "Sandastles".

No. I've never had any luck with self-help books. There's a bunch out there, so I'm probably odd one out here.

Ok, well It's Called a Breakup because It's Broken is good. Funny too. That was the only book i read but it did help me get my mind off the stress and laugh. After that i focused more on the single mom books.

Hi Mav,

For a source of personal inspiration, I recommend Chicken Soup for the Soul: Divorce and Recovery or Broken Open by Elizabeth Lesser.

For the divorce itself, I'd sugggest The Good Divorce by Constance Ahrons.

Thank you ladies for all your suggestions! I am definitely going to look into those. I feel likeim so lost and hurt and alone right now, anything will help
