What does everyone do for excercise and how have you lost your baby weight?
Sit-ups do a lot of wonders for the 'belly fat'. I also recommend doing lunges and swivels in the waist. If you have cowl bell weights use those to help minimize the thigh area. I have problems with my mid-section. These are the workouts I do to help 'minimize' the buldge.
Weight watchers...and in 5 months the baby weight was gone! I work out 5 times a week. I do the treadclimber, stationary bike, squats, situps and arm work outs. Then I take my daughter for a walk every day. It's tough to fit a workout routine in when you're a mommy but once you establish a routine it gets easier! Good luck!!!! :)
