What does everyone do for excercise and how have you lost your baby weight?

Sit-ups do a lot of wonders for the 'belly fat'.  I also recommend doing lunges and swivels in the waist.  If you have cowl bell weights use those to help minimize the thigh area.  I have problems with my mid-section.  These are the workouts I do to help 'minimize' the buldge.

Power yoga and a low carb diet has done wonders for me. I used to work out hardcore at the gym but since becoming a mother I don't have time to go anymore.

Weight watchers...and in 5 months the baby weight was gone! I work out 5 times a week. I do the treadclimber, stationary bike, squats, situps and arm work outs. Then I take my daughter for a walk every day. It's tough to fit a workout routine in when you're a mommy but once you establish a routine it gets easier! Good luck!!!! :)

Has anyone ever tried insanity or p90x? I have done insanity and love it! And there are shorter work outs through team Beachbody, like turbo fire and 10 minute trainer! :)
