So my son is 18 and going to be graduating from HS on June 7th. My question is, does his dad have to pay CS for the month of June since he will only be in school 7 days of June? He's already 18 and his dad wanted the payments to stop then. Thank you so much.

I would think it would be the whole month. Since it takes a cycle or two to get it started I'd guess its the same to get it stopped. And that's if he is current and has no arrears.

If he's only court ordered to pay through graduation, then he should pay for June and be done. If the order states that he pays while your son is in college, then he'll keep paying until your son either graduates, drops out or decides to not attend college.
